I'm not in a position to say, but personally, I'd recommend Chrono Trigger, if someone asked me what SNES game they should play. it has fun characters, an interesting story, and is rather easy for an RPG.

It would be just as meaningless.

You could argue that the tracks in SCIV are better composed (I wouldn't really agree or disagree with that, they're going for entirely different styles of music), but something I don't think is arguable is that at the very least the music in Dracula X uses much higher quality samples and seems to have more complex compositions in that you'll have drums, bass, a melody, a harmony, and so on, all playing at once much more often than in SCIV's music, which is a bit more sparse, whether intentional or not.

Regardless of any opinions, SCIV's music simply doesn't have this level of clarity and quality:

I don't know anymore. A few years ago it'd be Yoshi's Island but now everyone seems to love it. Before that it'd be Earthbound but that blew up in popularity with emulators.

FF6. Everything I want in a game is in that game, or at least was at the time. Sure it's not up to par with modern graphics but it more than makes up for it in every other way.
