Sup /vr/ I'm looking for recommendations of good sidescrollers with tight controls. I have played through the ninja gaidens and every single castlevania. They can be for any system. Bonus points for a focus on melee, that is really what i am after.

journey to silius is great, actually was developed as a terminator game but they lost the license or something so changed the protagonist from john connor to some little kid, but the robots remained the same, just look at that t-800.
