This is one of those games I rented once in the early days of N64's life, beat it over the weekend, then completely forgot about it.

It wasn't until a /v/ thread about it last year did I go "I BEEN TRYING TO REMEMBER THE NAME OF THAT FUCKING GAME FOREVER!"

It's one of those Treasure games that takes you a while to learn how to control

It's an N64 game that uses the Left prong instead of the middle one.

The L and R buttons Move the text boxes further.

But it is worth learning

This of this as the sequel to Super Mario Bros. 2 USA that we never got. Fun, coloful, and just a blast to play in my opinion. It's not that hard but still felt it did a great job with a fun mechanic.

When I played it as a kid, I really struggled with the final boss, admittedly, probably no more than other bosses, but when I came back to play it now, I found that he's actually piss easy and it wasn't hard at all to get the yellow gem.
