Tonight, I'll be playing SNES games with a long distance friend, via ZSNES and Netplay.

So I was wondering. What are some multiplayer SNES games you recommend?

Legend of the mystical ninja has a shitload of co-op content and mini-games, on top of being a godtier game in itself.

Highly recommended.

what would be good internet speed for retro net play?

I remember playing Contra once a long time ago but the input latency (with a keyboard) was kind of annoying.

also, if someone is using a Windows version of the emulator but I'm using a Linux version, would we be able to play?

Does Net Play work that well now? I remember trying it years ago and the games were always unplayable due to lag.
