Didn't mention Cotton 100% because I've never thought of it as a PSX game. It's pretty much exactly the same as the Super Famicom version, so just get that, you know?

Harmful Park was the second game in my list.

Rakugaki Showtime I'm well aware of but forgot to list. Will commit sudoku.

The Super Robot Wars Alpha and Tales of Phantasia are what come to mind. Yes ToP has other ports, but the PS1 version is generally considered to be the best. @G and ToP both have translation patches, while @ just has a menu patch. Thankfully, though, it has an MNeidengard walkthrough.
