Looks like an Atari 5200 that's missing the grey faceplate:

Could be a different model of 2600, though, OP should either know or check on the back. The controllers are distinct, too, if he has one.
2600s seem to be going for about £20-£30 on eBay here, but 5200s could either go for more because they're rare, or less if this isn't a backwards compatible model, I'm not an expert.

Nothing. The Atari are horrible consoles with no worthwhile games, and, in their case, emulators actually run better than actual hardware and software.
