The judge system is awful. The only things that get added nowadays are terrible jazz mixes and milquetoast rap.

It's embarrassing, and it makes me sad that VGmix shut down. At least they had a voting system where you could rate different tracks, meaning that an excellent variety of music got added.

OCR seems to want to break free from it's "mere video game remixes" stigma. They want as much original shit in your music as possible. They want new music "inspired" by video game music. Compose an entirely song, stick the original in there somewhere, and you're done.
