Don't be shy /vr/ we all had em. That one game idea we thought would be so cool if it were real, but was complete and utter shit.

Bonus points for bad fandoms.

I dug up this old gem on kidpix of all things on an old mac in the garage. I remember spending like two years of my childhood trying to write this thing, (not code mind you, write on paper) And I had tons of "Art" to go with it.

Got any stories alike to share /vr/?

What does the title beneath Zelda say? I can't read it.

Anyway, I don't have anything embarrassing that I can remember that's technically /vr/, just a Pokémon RP (written after 2000 using post-RSE Pokémon) that I looked at years later and immediately deleted the entire thing.

My younger brother, oddly enough but understandable due to him only being able to play the old Pokémon games that I and my sister didn't have a file on, does have /vr/ cringe material; he drew on paper the schematics for a "Pokémon: Brown Version" (no relation to the ROMhack) starring Meowth as your starter, similar to Yellow but in a new region.

He wanted to go to college and work for VIDEOGAMES, but all he could really make were cynical parody games. Rooming with the guy was like Welcome to the NHK.

When I was a kid I used to draw lots and lots of mechs and various weaponry. ED-209, Metal Gear 1, and the tank from Blaster Master were favorite designs I'd go to and base a bunch of iterations on. I'd draw on blank printer paper and I remember being obsessed with keeping my pencil as sharp as possible for adding lots of detail. From what I remember a lot of them were more like schematics than doodles, with front and side views with flavor text pointing at various components, and sometimes individual components separated and measured. I also drew mock level layouts for some kind of 2D side-scrolling action game I'd dream up in my head. These sometimes spanned a half dozen or more sheets of paper taped together. These were also filled with a ton of small details like huge futuristic AA guns shooting into the sky in the background of outdoor areas, done with a sharpened pencil applied with light pressure so it looked faded and in the background.

I was like some kind of 9 year old Bob Ross of vidya style carnage.

I actually made a choose your own adventure fighting game comic. Like, you would choose attacks to do and it would branch the fight. Then there would be tokens for the hp of both of you, and as the boss got weaker it would use different moves. It was surprisingly fun. Lost it in this move though... but I wouldn't have the means to get it on here anyway.

I also drew up WAY too much stuff on the DK64 sequel I've always dreamed of. Characters, stages, shops, bosses, moves, overworld, animal helpers, EVERYTHING. Fuck, I even started to write out the text the NPC's would give.

Then The After Years was announced and I realized I still didn't have anything resembling a coherent plot for my fangame, just a bunch of character sketches, snippets of ideas for scenes, and a bunch of skills/class abilities for the characters.

I don't know what happened to that pad. I don't really feel too bad about it because The After Years showed that Square had no Goddamned idea what an FFIV-2 should have been, either.

When I was a kid, I always thought what I was writing was so good that I may one day develop it into my own series of products, So I always swapped the names and locations and mixed series-stuff together. I used to make game "books" with a friend of mine. We folded a bunch of A4 paper sheets and stapled them together to make a book, then drew the cover art on the front, a main menu on the inside, and several levels on the remaining pages. Some of the games even had several hand-drawn "cutscenes" and character select screens. The platformers usually had a cut out paper character with it, essentially making the game "playable". The one game that had the most sequels was a blatant Tekken rip-off called "POWER Champ." I made dozens of those. The most elaborate examples even had cut-outs for every character, sometimes as many as 20-30.

I cringe when I think about it, but it may have helped me improve my drawing skills significantly. I draw all the time. I also like layouts and magazines, and I will probably have some kind of design related job in the future if everything works out. My shitty paper games may have had a bigger influence on my life than I thought.

When I was ten I wanted to write a movie script based on Ocarina of Time.

Here were some of the ideas I was going to incorporate into this masterpiece:

>Link would talk and be based on the cartoon version (he would say the line)
>It was going to be a comedy
>There was going to be a subplot of Zelda being in love with Link and desperately trying to get him to notice, including a Lady and the Tramp spaghetti scene
>It was going to be a musical, including a rap song by the Gorons about the Dodongos
>There was going to be a love triangle between Link, Zelda, and an OC do not steal girl
>The Triforce was going to talk and be voiced by William Shatner

>Zelda was going to die at the end

Okay... here we go guys.

When I was 9 years old I started drawing these flip books called Pac and Pika. Basically, it was about these two guys (Pacman and Pikachu) who escaped out of Nintendo cartridges in order to live together. Apparently, Nintendo took over the US Government and banned videogames. They used a gameshark to kill videogame characters out of the cartridges, but Pac and Pika survived because their owner hid their Game Boy Color games.

In one series of flipbooks, they travel to Pokemon Crater to prevent it from being shut down by the government.

Can't believe i'm actually gonna post this...it was destined for the depths of hell, but it must be seen

Backstory- In 6-8th grade, a few friends and I would LARP several of our favorite game characters and give them our own qualities:

>Link was an immature mental child who preferred slacking off over adventure
>Kirby was referred to as a marshmallow and his greatest enemy was Mr. Campfire
>Squall was a cynical bipolar douche easily susceptible to betrayal
>Yugi (me) was a mechanical engineer/inventor and died a lot
>OC do not steal character named ShotBot who had access to every weapon and no emotion

Made this back around 03 or 04 not sure (it sucks, bad), was too lazy to draw ShotBot (didn't have a scanner either, so that's why I just used MC)

Me and my friends' sincerest aspologies...

For a story assignment I copied the prologue from the official Ocarina of time strategy guide. Then attempted to write a log about the entire game, but gave up at dodongos cave. I just ended the story with Link defeating Dodongo and obtaining the Ruby. The teacher thought it was great and read it in front of the entire class. While she was reading it a friend who had played Zelda realized I had copied it, and was about to tell the teacher, I don't remember how but I somehow convinced him not to say anything.

In music class we had to do an assignment analysing a song or some shit and present it to the class. I recorded Bolero of Fire on a tape recorder with a cheap microphone directly from the tv speakers. I started a new game and played up to the Fire Cavern just to record the long version of the song. I even recorded the part where you played the Ocarina. All the other kids were presenting their favorite pop songs which were on CD's, and there I was being a faggot loading the tape and making everyone listen to my shitty recording of me playing Bolero of Fire.

thats not all! I would often pretend to be Squall at school, I don't know why but I even emulated the rigged movements of the character animations in the game.

i remember making a pen and paper version of pokemon with my mate when we were about 11, just copied the basic idea of pokemon and made our own monsters, maps items etc.... was pretty cringey now that i think i think about it but fuck it, we had a lot of fun with it.

Also made my own rpg with rpgmaker when i was around 14, wouldn't have said it was a bad game but it certainly didn't do anything that final fantasy/dragonquest hadn't done before. Come to think of it, i had a website for it, i'll see if i can find it. Probably long gone now though :(

I know this is a humor thread, but here's a different perspective.

I never wrote fan fiction. I never did sprite recolors. I never even drew bad imitations of video game characters. Needless to say, I was really boring and had no friends.

I did however create things. I remember bringing home schematics of actual buildings and building them in level editors. I also reverse engineered and modified games, learning more about computers on the way. The thing is that I was very rigorous with my work. I insisted that my game modifications and such had to match the production quality of the original product, so I kept most of my early work secret. Most people didn't. Those people disgusted me.

My serious attitude was not a good pair with poor communication skills in English, which was my second language. I was an elitist and really unfriendly at that. I verbally tore apart anyone who took pride in their amateur work. The few communities I was part of hated me to the day I left, unless I was banished before that. I didn't realize how destructive and pointless my behavior was until my involvement in a black hat group ended abruptly. Covering up the mess led me to giving up on all Internet communities.

Disregarding my public facing work, I only ever contribute anonymously these days.

Since I first played Rival Schools - United by Fate (my favourite fighting game) my dream was to make a video game or manga which would be heavily inspirited by Rival Schools and Pokemon. Few years ago when I was bored me and a friend of mine on msn we shared some ideas for a high school action/comedy/slice of life manga with characters from greek mythology (mainly Olympus gods) as high school students and teachers. My main inspirations were Rival Schools and School Rumble and the personalities of the characters were faithful of the original greek mythology characters. But since I suck at writing stories (not to mention I'm lazy) I only wrote down the main story setting and the characters' profiles.

Someone here mentioned running everywhere with their arms behind them. A friend of mine told me about a kid that always did that, but also tried ducking into the shadows and trying to disappear like a ninja. One day this bully tries to start something and the kid throws his stuff down, assumes the "mule stance" and starts...powering up I guess. Just shouting at the top log his lungs "Aaaaaaaahhh!"

The other guy kicked him in the face.

When I was small I made a sprite comic. I've lost the actual comics, but I still have the sprite sheet file, backgrounds and a couple of banners (I... never thought of a name, I assume I planned to add it once I did).

From what I remember X and Zero never turned up, and that purple Bass is from the 2-player-mode of MM7 because apparently that made him a legit character instead of a recolor, though they were still the exact same person and hung out together for that reason I guess. They were kind of dumb, "I like you" "I like me too" stuff. The grey bomberman was my author avatar (I distinctly remember making it grey because every other color was used in the actual bomberman games).

Honestly kinda sad that I lost the comics, so I make sure not to lose the rest of my shitty stuff. I was gonna make my own page with the comic, and fanfiction, and walkthroughs (they're the worst walkthroughs ever) and so on, but luckily I had no idea how to make a webpage so the world was spared.

I was very big into RPG Maker when I was between 10-12, so there are a lot of abominations there.
The one that this thread made my remember is that when I was about 11 years old I was a member in the PokeCommunity forum for a short while and that conceived me to try and create my own Pokemon game in RM2K3.

It was called Pokemon: Green's Adventure, and from finding the archived thread now I can tell you that you were supposed to play Green and stop Brendan and May from R&S from ruling the world, that I intended to create a Fakemon namd Pyromaniac, and that I had shit English back then (not my first language etc.)
I can't seem to find the game itself on my computer right now, but I found this amazingly ugly title screen I made (I was infatuated with that ugly font back then for some reason).

I had a Batman costume and I went out into the street with it on and two girls saw me in it and said "where you going, Batman?" and I hesitated and said "err OVER THERE!" in my best batman voice and ran into a little dark area inbetween two garages and then just stood there waiting for them to go, and then I came out and they were gone.

This reminds me of this one guy (recently, around 2006-2007) who decided to rewrite the plot of "Of Mice and Men". That was the assignment, actually. What he did was replace the main characters with Earl and Randy from "My Name is Earl",and I thought "Oh, this is going to turn out well". Then suddenly, George Bush comes in, and apparently he was married to Gardevoir, whom Randy had a crush on. And the guy apparently wrote something like "Bush married her because she was popular on AGNPH", I swear. Then in the end, instead of killing Randy, Arnold Schwarzenegger picks them up in a helicopter.

Had a nice little original story and a good cast of characters. Sadly my laptop died along with it and I was too stupid to back up any of it.

When I was a kid I was a huge Spiderman fan, mostly because of the two PS1 games I played almost constantly. They're still awesome.

Anyway, I created a fan comic when I was 8 or 9. Story basically went:

>Accident at a lab in Seattle (I'm not American and knew very little about the place, why would a lab even be there, I think I set the story there because I saw the city in MVP 2, the chimp hockey movie)
>Huge kaboom
>Peter Parker has to go to Seattle to cover the disaster
>From the ashes a scientist who survived named Dr. Frank W rises as a mutant wolf-man/werewolf creature
>Wolf-man terrorizes Seattle
>I was supposed to put in a joke where Spiderman banters with the Wolf-man, saying "Frank W? The W stand for wolf?" but forgot lol
>Wolf and Spidey chase through Seattle
>Spidey lands on a building
>Wolfman kicks spidey into the river
>BUT THAT WAS ACTUALLY A DUMMY
>Spidey comes out right behind wolf-man and kicks him into the river
>Wolfman drowns and dies
>Sad epilogue, Spidey sad becus scientist had family.
>Shot of W's gravestone
>WOLF PAW STICKS RIGHT OUT OF GROUND
>ZOMBIE WOLFMAN OMG

I wonder if those comics are still around back in the old country (Canadafag now). I also had a non-vidya comic involving a rebel sneaking into a military-industrial-complex CIA HQ and blowing it up (but dying in the explosion, then coming back as a zombie after his grave gets struck by lightning). Also created a hammerspace bag called the "All-Bag". I tried selling my comics to friends...

OP here again I can't believe I forgot about this!

Okay, so everyone knows handball? this was basically one sided tennis with a large wall where two people would hit it back and forth each bounce.

So in fourth grade, I created "Hyrule Handball"

I vaguely remember it, but I do remember it was created off the idea of sending energy balls back at phantom ganon.

I spent hours on kid pix like the OP image, thinking of powerups and ways that you could serve the ball to deal calculated points of damage.

Basically something like:

Arrow - Straight shot into the wall no bounce
Bomb - downward bounce, has to hit above the boundry line
Boomerang - 90 angle serve
Hookshot - serve then quickly serve again on first bounce to chain
Bug net - A literal 360 spin then swing
Cane of Somalia - Calls forth a block (person) to get infront and deflect the ball back
Fire/ice rod - normal serve, but will either burn the person who hits the ball, or freeze then, making them unable to hit the return and rely on a team member
Triforce - Had to hit three marked areas of the wall in three consecutive reflects, if hit, would gain a fairy (retry) if they missed an upcoming serve.

Something like that. I had a LOT of people interested in playing it.

I remember scribbling away with a gelpen these basic shapes that looked nothing like armor, but got the point across, and then getting asked to draw 6 giant sumo diapers for big.

It was odd.

Of course, in the Link To The Past story I embellish a few details and add a few in from the "game" my best friend and I had with it,

We were using LttP to roleplay, the house in Kakariko Village that was the Thieves den for example was our school that we went to, we went deep into the Lost Woods to find reagents and it seemed so big to us back then...

After school I had a job as a smiths apprentice at the Dwarfs, and he lived in the northwest woods as a orphaned lumberjack.

Heh, I did the same thing with the Broom. I thought I was Kilik taking out bad guys.

I also put empty Pringle cans on my arm and used them as an arm blaster and pretended I was Samus

I remember I got three of my friends to do that once back in Primary School. I put it on first, and pretended to shoot them, and they all did it afterwards. We were literally running around, rolling under tables and shit pretending we were killing each other.

Fun times.

At 14 I hand-wrote a Final Fantasy X-2 sex fanfic. I wrote it in a notebook and covered the cover with white paper and drew my own ff-style logo on the front with the text 'Fine-al Fant-ass-y X-3'.

It was a highly detailed misadventure involving Yuna and Rikku touching down in the airship in that jungle area (it's been years since I touched those games, so I forget the names) and having lingering lesbian sex in the bushes. Meanwhile, Paine masturbates.

Just realised, not retro because PS2. Oh well.

Also, not very /vr/ but I used to draw maps and shit of cool islands. It was right after I watched some movie. I think it was Odysseus. Made islands in those fashions. Guarded by Giants, made of a giant turtle, one island was just a giant tower stretching way into the sky. It led to a palace without floors and you had to scale the walls.

It was pretty cool and I wish there was a video game like that.

For shits and giggles i tried to make a bipolar weaboo emo girl who had moved across the country think i was head over heels for her. I managed to convince everyone that, and they all probably still think that. She "somehow" came back to my state because "My mom wanted me back". I took her to prom one year of highschool, acted like a derp, with my arm around her (not hoverhand, would be discovered immediately), tried to kiss her nasty ass meth mouth (never did). And then the day after I deleted her from my contacts, blocked from facebook and psn, and deleted every post I made and sent her a message on my moms facebook that I had passed away. Star Fox RTS where you command armies against Andross or maybe even rogue forces? Just thought it'd be cool to have the bosses as the enemy's highest tier forces, not sure how some like Macbeth's boss would work but I guess you could exclude him. Not sure what you could do for Corneria and the Lylat Alliance's forces but you'd probably have at least the Great Fox and maybe give General Pepper a special ship or something, and obviously there would be Bill, Kat, maybe even Rob would have some special ship or robot mech thing. You would have the fox team available as leaders of the units for various bonuses and abilities, likewise the Wolf team for the other side. Lots of planets in the Lylat system to do battle on. You could even bring back old characters like Fay and Miyu from Star Fox 2.

I think this is doable but will it ever be done? I really don't see it. A man can dream though.

I once did two series of one-page Pokemon comics. The first series involved the adventures of a Pikachu, Charmander, Squirtle, Bulbasaur, and Rhyhorn. Because fuck yeah, Rhyhorn.

The second series was done when Gold and Silver was announced, and it involved me as a Pokemon trainer, with a Pikachu and a Togepi. This second one was more like an episodic serial about my fictional me's quest to go through Johto and routinely face off against Team Rocket. You know, James and Meowth only. No Jessie, because, to this day, I cannot draw women that well.

>Eventually we have a short story contest
>I write what is literally the edgiest fucking thing ever, out of nowhere I might add since I wasn't all too very dark at that age
It was about a teenager who inexplicably time travels 10 years forward every 30 days and searches for answers in a world split between a polluted steampunk dystopia and a corrupt feudal monarchy filled with petty and sinister magic. He nonchalantly lights a circus tent on fire, starts a war between the two sides, and the story ends with him grabbing the leaders of both countries and jumping off a cliff right before he time travels again. He is suddenly on the ground with his hands around two skeletons' necks He takes the machine gun arm and magical rings from their corpses, sighing as he walks into the sunset.

>In my group there was a girl who had just arrived from the Phillipines within the last year and I read her story
It was absolutely disorienting. It read like some sort of westernized kawaii girl slice of life anime pilot, but there were also solemn scenes involving visiting graves and one of the main characters having a breakdown in an attic. Plus everyone had these weird spirit animals with special attacks, and the way they were described made it feel like a weird unintentional mashup of Pokemon, Shaman King, and Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. Not to mention it was written in absolutely broken english.
>I loved it
>teacher nominates 2 additional stories that weren't chosen by us (mine included) to be in the running for best story

I'm so glad that never survived but I'll never be able to live down the fact that I wasn't afraid to tell my friends and family about my crush on her. I was young enough they didn't think it was too weird.

It was around fourth grade, my friends and I used to larp as many different characters at once near this Mexicans air conditioner and backyard. No character was safe though. I was Samus, I was Deadpool, I was Spiderman, I was Suicune, I was Daredevil; Anonymite was the dragon lord, the master of dragon mythology and geology; Anonymust was Black Widow (with romantic sub-plot with Deadpool), nothing else comes to mind, but they were both a lot of shit too. We were whatever came to mind at the time I suppose. We used to root through other peoples back yards looking for weapons and battling by ridiculously exaggerating as you may imagine. Built a small (unfinished) treehouse in someones backyard as our lair, explored the nearby forest and collected creatures from a small stream as pets. Almost dived into a sewer for fuck knows why, we opened the lid to the sewage line and everything, it was crazy. Ended up creating Pokemon parodies and Smash Bros. items, characters, and levels with so much heart and hope of it being used in official games. We used to look at pokemon posters and memorize them all for 'tests'. I don't look back on this time with malice though, in fact I long to realize again the potential of entertainment in imagination.

OP again,

Not alone there buddy. My best friends and I did shit like this all the time, but more using our own custom built stuff/toys then raiding other people.

When pokemon mystery dungeon came out, it was the shit and all of us loved it so much, that I designed a ame off it. I got three lunch boxes, and drew together a checklist that was pasted on the inside of each with a red color pencil, that would show progress through the game, (Example, when we beat a boss, we'd cross it out)

The lunch box was our rescue pack, I filled it with fruits, berries, some rope, graveler rocks, I even made our rescue team rank badges but cutting plastic easter egss in half and glueing em with little wings

For dungeons we'd leave home and literally go anywhere, once it was a cave outside town, a decrepit old building, the mall, a crowded museum, etc.

I sometimes miss those days.

I also don't have any designs right from childhood, but here's one I remember obsessing over and imagining games being made for them. For some reason as a kid I loved the idea of a round screen on a handheld console.

For a third grade creative writing project, I shamelessly plagiarized the first half hour of Skies of Arcadia: Legends, up until the end of the first boss. I even drew some crappy fanart of Vyse fighting the Valuan warbeast to go with it. Shame I lost it.

I also started writing what was going to be a massive self-insert crossover Zelda/SoA/Mario/everything else I was a fan of fanfic I had tons of ideas for, but I never got past the first chapter.

Later on I wrote tons of fangame ideas, mostly for Zelda, and never did anything with them.

When I was in elementary school, I made what was supposed to be a game in PowerPoint called Calvin & Hobbes Snowman Shootout (or Snowball Shootout; one of those titles).

In the game, you were supposed to click on a series of snowmen in order, so that you would throw snowballs at and destroy them. You had to click on the snowmen in order, because of the way I linked the slides.

There was also a two-player mode, which I think consisted of one player playing as Calvin and shooting a snowball, and the other as shooting another snowball as Hobbes afterwards. The two players took turns in this manner until all the snowmen were destroyed. Or did Calvin have to shoot all the snowmen before Hobbes could shoot any? I don't remember exactly.

I'm pretty sure Snowball Shootout is long gone now, so all I have to show for my efforts is this monologue.

I don't know about you bros, but I went to a really lax elementary school. There was no structure whatsoever. Teachers gave us assignments related to whatever the fuck they wanted whenever the fuck they wanted. I'm surprised that I learned anything there.

Anyways:

>School assignment
>Make a poster to advertise the school's library
>Best posters will be posted around the school to encourage reading
>Copy this ad, but with a book instead of a game boy
>Teacher loves it, it gets posted outside of the library
>Other students recognize the ad from magazines
>Get called a nerd and a copycat the rest of the semester

I honestly thought it was a decent parody.

In sixth grade I made a TCG version of The Hobbit Book for a class project. This shit was before any of the movies had been made, so it was pretty much just my imagination.

You got to choose three characters to play the game with. The selectable characters were Bilbo, Gandalf, and all of the Dwarves. Gandalf was ridiculously OP because I really liked him. Bilbo sucked. For some reason all of the Dwarves looked like lawn Gnomes. After you picked your characters, you played through what basically amounted to JRPG boss battles where you had to keep track of your stats.

I got an A on the project because I put a lot of effort into it, but my teacher just looked at the game in confusion and let me "play" with a few of my friends to determine if it worked. I couldn't balance for shit and they died forever on the second encounter, which was like fucking wolves or something. It was the only time the game was ever played.

I didn't like that teacher. I always got really bored during the times where she'd read to class because half of the kids were too dumb to read books. She ended up taking away my Ocarina of Time strategy guide when she saw me reading it instead of listening to her read her dumb book about some girl who turned into a pirate.

I think it's funny in retrospect that this is literally all that I remember about reading class in grade six.

I had a really cool uncle who pretty much introduced me to PC gaming. He was the only other one in my family who even liked games. I'd watch him play Doom, Half Life, Dune, Need For Speed Hot Pursuit, Carnivores, Postal, and the list goes on. He'd let me play them too but I found it more fun to watch him because he was way better than me at the time.

Shot himself in 2004. No drugs or alcohol in his system, but our family has a history with depression. Apparently his wife was threatening to divorce him and move away with his 3 kids and probably also just got tired of dealing with her every day. I really wish he was still around because I know we'd be playing Doom mods or something now.

And not only vanilla sex, but lots of human - pokemon bestiality, like one where the MC and his female Charmeleon fall in love.

I moved a lot. So unfortunately much of my art didn't survive. I also drew a lot of dragons and they were popular with the other kids so I ended up giving many of them away.

I do still have a Way of the Warrior logo that I drew on a piece of small notebook paper. My scanner died though and the old scan is on one of my flash drives. Or at least it should be.

I made a lot of sprites. But I didn't get the internet until I was 20. That was in 2000. so I never got to experience the joys of the interwebs as a kid. I was really into Phantasy Star and was always trying to make Nei or use her colors for webpage or blog layouts. I still do this even subconsciously.

I had a nice drawing of Link in the Temple of Time but I mailed it to a friend that wanted it. It wasn't spectacular but the color came out nice. I should have scanned it first. I've become super rusty at traditional art. It's a shame. I am ashamed since I come from a line of professional artists and my uncle is one. I think I was talented enough that I would have gotten a lot better had I kept at it.

Here's a Nei I made. It should blink but I think it's too slow. It's the first gif I made and I wasn't sure how to deal with animation frames at the time.

Oh and these Kirbies I made. I have no idea what possessed me to make an evil undead Kirby with blood dripping from his mouth. I have a fascination with Kirby but I never played any Kirby games.

I saw a pixelated sprite in an anniversary issue of a game magazine. It might have been an EGM but I'm not sure. at the time I was just starting to make sprites and pixel art so I was copying pre-existing sprites as practice. So these are a copy but they may be a little off in color, shape or design by a bit.. I use the standing Kirby on a lot of custom designs in Animal Crossing: New Leaf.

I also wrote fanfiction. Mostly FF7 stuff. Most was parody or comedy. I wrote a couple of weird almost nonsensical comedic fanfics with Alucard, Maria and Richter throwing apples at each other and Maria lost in Hyrule with Bagu as some weirdo trying to get her to marry him or something. None of this stuff is meant to be taken seriously.

I have a lot of .hack art that didn't turn out so good back when I went to an oekaki community. By the time I got decent with the ap I stopped and now I am rather rusty with that too. It seems that pixels are the only thing I do well anymore.

Lol yeah I can see why. Your comic keeps going from confident to self loathing over and over again. It's actually kinda cool.

Heh... I actually work in the entertainment industry now so I guess I always had some kind of talent. Everybody sucks when they are 11 or 12 though.

I think in some European languages you say "I have 20 years" to mean "I'm 20 years old", maybe this is just an ESL person

this is the first one of the three that seemed cringeworthy to me (because it's trying too hard), the other two are just light kid-level absurdist humor, they're kind of charming

That actually was from a shit-tier /b/ raid back when I used to associate with that shithole. They just tried to fuck with these random girls for some reason. I did a lot of embarrassing shit when I was associated with /b/.

I did that from 13-15.
So from 2006-2009ish. I quit that bored cold turkey when I began to grow up though. Now I'm solely /tv/ and sometimes come here.

I did a book report in the 6th grade about one of the Resident Evil novels. Forget which one exactly, but it was the one based on 3. Got looked at like a serial killer, big surprise.

Unrelated to vidya but in the same year I was assigned a persuasive essay and somehow turned it into an essay about bigfoot and ghosts and why they're real.

I used to draw naked ladies on construction paper with my crayons.

Until my parents found them and laughed at me.

I was like...4?

I genuinely can't think of anything game related though.
