Hey /vr/, I'm looking for some good Nitnendo games to emulate on my Wii. What are some good Nintendo games from the 5th generation and below? That includes handheld games pre-GBA as well.

Shit man, I don't even know where to begin. I mean it's easy to start off with the Marios and Zeldas. I would honestly recommend all the Marios (Super Mario Brothers 1-3, World, Yoshi's Island, Mario 64) and the Zeldas. And also the Mario RPGs like Seven Stars and Paper Mario

Also check out Star Fox for N64, Chrono Trigger on SNES..There's just too many to list. But I'd start off with the Marios I suppose or if you want an RPG go with Chrono Trigger

Just download entire romsets for all the pre-5th gen consoles plus some translation hacks and whatever N64/PS1 games you want to play.
