Club Drive on the Jaguar.

The environments had low polygon counts. The physics were really springy. But the game for the most part didn't restrict you to a designated track. So fuck the clock, I'm just going to spend time cruising around this San Francisco stage, or the western town, or the giant house with the shoebox cat scooting around.

>> No.1207128

Razor Freestyle Scooter on the PS1. Not as bad as some of the bad games in this thread, definitely, but it's a largely forgettable Tony Hawk's Pro Skater clone with worse physics, much like 99.9% of extreme sports games released around the same era. It was pretty much a product of its era, but it's a fun enough game, and the end credits are... a thing -

Something sort of related but not really is this funny story. I used to get to rent a game each week (thank you mom and dad, parents of the century) and every time I went I could see the spot for Superman 64 always empty and feeling kind of bad I could never try it out. The back of the box makes it look cool and says you can fly around metropolis and use heat vision and everything. Only now, years later, I see just how bad this would have been. So I don't know if the game gods were in my favor to spare me from it but I also feel awful for what must of been the other kids unlucky enough to rent that.

As for my completely on topic game, I guess one of the worst games I actually still enjoy playing is Yugioh Forbidden Memories. It's just about un-winnable without grinding forever and even then it takes lots of luck to actually win but as I said in another thread the fun came from experimenting and finding out what the fusions were. The story and gameplay has absolutely nothing to do with the Yugioh story we know now, but in my opinion that kind of strengthened the appeal to me. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone but I still like it a lot. I also thought it had a really awesome OST.

Little Ninja Brothers is probably garbage, but I enjoyed it quite a bit as a child.

The combat is bizarre. It relies on some RPG mechanics, and throws some real wrenches in the works at all stages of the game that really make the game feel atypical.
