I havea request for a game

It was on the playstation, i remember it as a kid.
I think itwas a shadowgate style clicking game where you have one screen than you interact with it.
It was rally scary as a kid.
I remembera part where a guy was dying and he said don't come closer or ill kill you than when you came closer he killed you

Raid on Bungeling Bay
RAID. ON. BUNGELING. BAY.

That game was on a cartridge with +70 others and it stood out.
That game is the precursor to Sim City. If that isn't enough to get you playing it, the enemy AI('s) would get smarter and more powerful the longer the game dragged on. Before you know it, you are defending your heli and home carrier against interceptors, bombers and battleships while trying to bomb the enemy bases. It's HARD.

Steel Talons
Ported to the Lynx, Genesis, and SNES. But if you want to play with sticks and pedals, you have to play the arcade game. And if I'm not mistaken, it even had a thwacker that struck the seat whenever you took gunfire.
