What's the best DS flashcart for emulating, nes, snes, gbc, and gba? I have a acekard 2i and it can't emulate gba games and has many graphical glitches when emulating snes games. I'm thinking of getting a DSTwo

Go for it. I had one until I gave it away and sold my DS. Worked fine.

That's by far the best bet for a slot 1 card, if it doesn't hold up to your standards for GBA, consider getting an EZ Flash IV in addition.

Eeeeeeeeeeh...

I can tell you that the DSTWO GBA emulation is abysmal, otherwise the cart is good.
At least if you're expecting relatively flawless emulation like on PC. Heavy slowdown, visual glitches, audio problems, etc. for a lot of games I've tried.
You should check the wiki for the playability of the games you intend to play on it.

Anything else is shit

For SNES you're shit out of luck unless you want to play RPGs with high frame skip
