Say you've downloaded an emulator front-end for retro games and it's supposed to include the best/most favorite games for each platform. Which games would you be offended to not see for which platforms?

There are a lot of great Genesis exclusives... Ecco, Phantasy Star, Mutant League Football, Altered Beast, Gunstar Heroes, Moonwalker, etc.

Would be hard to make a Genesis must-have collection without overcrowding it.

What is a frontend? Ive been running emulators for years without any kind of graphical interface like your screenshots are showing.

Just a GUI for whatever emulator you're running. I would have thought most Emulators come packaged with them. Which emus for which systems are you using? Running under Linux? I know Mame and Dosbox don't necessarily run frontends and I've read here that the good Linux N64 emu is command line too.
