Easily my favorite Sega Genesis track. It really makes you feel like you're Batman. I associate this track with Batman more closely than the Adam West or Michael Keaton themes.

Maybe this isn't underrated enough, but I never see it getting brought up in "top video game music" lists or threads so that's good enough for me. I could post just about the entire soundtrack, but I'll stick with my favourite track and one of the best "final dungeon" themes in any game:
