Its one of the platforms with the most games. Impossible to choose one. Maybe one from each genre idk.

Games I like, MGS, FF series IV-IX, Castlevania SOtN, MML, Spyro, Crash, Bust a Move, etc etc. To much godness in PS1 gaming!

Legend of Mana, still to this day it holds one of the greatest crafting systems I've seen implemented. People are still inventing new, more efficient methods in order to maximise your input; shame the game is so easy, even on the highest difficulty, also there will never be a true sequel to it since the creator doesn't make video games anymore and the I.P is in some weird legal limbo.

Dunno what my all-time favorite is, but I recently spent a couple of hours playing Raiden DX while waiting for my computer to clean itself out. Good times with that game.

It's probably not my favorite though, since it actually has slightly degraded graphics compared to the Arcade version (Nobody outside of Japan seems to notice this).

I also recently managed to 1cc G-Darius and bought a copy of Wolf Fang, but I still haven't familiarized myself with those two enough to objectively rank them just yet.

I don't mean to derail the topic, but I was thinking of getting Panzer Front and possibly its sequel. But I'm unsure of what version to get of each - it seems there's a vanilla English version and some deluxe version, except it's entirely in Japanese. What would I miss out on comparing either?

Lots of games. MGS.. Vigilante 8 was hilarious too... can't remember what other games I played on my PSX.

Maybe I should download RE1 for my emulator (my brother sold the PSX for drug money and I can't be arsed to buy a new one that is chipped)...
