The engraved Metroid Zero Mission GBA SP. Only 80 were ever made and given away in a speedrunning contest in Japan. The non engraved version was on Club Nintendo Japan and is also unobtainably rare. The different screen in the picture is because you would send your GBA SP to Nintendo and they'd changed the shell for you, the Famicom themed SP had a different color screen lens.

I am not familiar with the Megaduck. There is a core for it on some FPGA systems I have, but I've not taken the time to experience the games on that system. It does seem interesting, and it reminds me of a toy I had from long ago that had a keyboard not with qwerty nor dvorak but alphabetized. I saw one in person last year and desu it isn't that good-looking. The front controller port plastic is GM-colored and it just makes it look like cheap plamo, they should have used a different shade IMO, though dunno if anything would fit since you need to keep char's two-tone colors and not clash with the third. Would help if he had been known for any other shade that was lighter, but alas.

I don't imagine anyone actually uses them today anyway, because look at it. The thing is dripping with early 2000s design. It looks like a disco ball had sex with a glowing ice cube. You'd just as soon expect to see it in a pop music You'd hate to even use it with how covered in fingerprints it would be. Far as I'm concerned, the Q was always a novelty at best and now is just pure shelf candy. No reason to use it when gamecubes (and more importantly wiis) are plentiful, and DVD players are 10 USD at the local thrift store.

It was fine for daily use. I put in a new aftermarket battery last year and I find I get ~6 hours with high brightness and low sound. That's running a flashcart too, so real carts would last a bit longer. Sure, my DMG gets way better life out of four eneloop pros, but I can't carry it anywhere effortlessly.

back of the unit yellow was rubbing\wearing from being played\held...
battery door hinge frail plastic about to snap off and be irreplaceable forever...
