Has anyone here played this? It's one of the more underrated FPS games from the 90's. Nightdive Studios is working on a remaster, which I'm excited for. I just wish it had a stronger fanbase.

yeah i played it once at a friend's house a long time ago. ps1 version i imagine. the only thing i really remember is him calling it "po ed" instead of "pee oh'd" but i didnt get what the name was going for either at the time

the remaster might do that. It definitely happened with Turok.
Not saying turok was obscure or anything, but the remaster definitely helped.

The fact that they did a remaster for the game prompts me to give it a try. The original on N64 turned me away because of the crappy draw distance. I heard Turok 2 is the best. Is that true?

I havent played 3 yet. I remember 2's levels being a bit more confusing but still a good game. There's no reason to skip the first one
