RetroArch thread.

I have a question. I've downloaded RetroArch 0.9.9 (64-bit) from Themaister's Den. From what I understand, I need to update to RetroArch using the Update option. After I select my proper Windows vers. (64 bit), choose my package (Full) and begin to download, it gives me the following message "Failed Saving Archive to Disk!". What am I doing wrong?

I skipped the update and downloaded the necessary core I was looking for. Still can't get to work.. This is my setup.

But each time I attempt to start the emulator, it fails. I went to see what was wrong in the "Show Logs" option and I got this message.. Maybe I needed to download something else besides the core?

This is my RetroArch folder. Is something missing, perhaps?

Here's the BIOS folder for the Japanese games (BioHazard 3 Last Escape is JP). I also set up the BIOS folder using the Settings --> General option from RetroArch

4/5 (sorry I missed it out in the previous post)

And finally, another screen of my BioHazard 3 Last Escape folder and the proper (I think) .cue notepad name. For the record, I own 3 different EU copies of this game, but I wanted to play the JP to see the differences.

Ask emulation General. That's where "I have specific problems with emulator questions go. Delete this thread and re-posts there. I will give a full response to your question there, and only if you delete this thread.
