Revenge of the King is the only half-decent one for being a reference to DL1's Extra Mode and bringing back Kaboola. The new arenas are nothing but filler (plus they nerfed all the fun out of the original), and Meta Knight is mindless boredom because nothing can actually challenge him. At least he had half-health in NiDL to counterbalance his overpoweredness.

This feels like a holdover of when they almost went with yellow, a gender-neutral color, but it's pink, a decidedly feminine one. I always thought they were going for "real men wear pink" too. Funny enough, with Gooey, I thought they were going for a "pink boy/blue girl" dynamic, but Gooey's a dude. You could've made Kirby a pink girl and it wouldn't change anything.
