this is quite impressive from a technological standpoint, but, i cant remotely fathom what the purpose of it is.
1. if you don't have the space, where do you store the cartridges?
2. your TV shelf appears to have sufficient room for all the individual consoles, if you would just remove the silly ornaments.
3. most games are re-released on Game Compilations! like Sega Collection, Atari Anthology. or Zelda collectors edition.
4. HD TV and Not real controller, so the experience is ruined.

The purpose is clearly stated in the video, quite clearly.
1) in a different room, shelves and boxes, lots of games
2) you're obviously not married! lol
3) no, most are not, limited titles are on compilations only
4) 3rd party controllers exist for most consoles, they are "real" controllers just like mine, there is no difference in that regard. Also, why would anyone want a massive, thick CRT television in a lounge that is only fit for playing old games?

>> No.1080526

>how is this not a hardware emulation issue?
It's not emulated, the SGB is just the guts of a gameboy crammed into a cartridge. Games run exactly how they would on a real gameboy aside from the special SGB exclusive features many games have. They do run 2-3% faster than normal because the SGB uses the SNES clock signal to create an approximation of the gameboy clock signal rather than matching it but the games are not emulated improperly the system is just overclocked.
