I'm sorry but this game sucks. All because it's a metroid like doesn't mean it's automatically good.

Especially if it tells you everything you have to do and handholds you so much. It's just tedious

Tried this but couldn't get into it because of how different it was from WL2. WL2 is so direct and everything feels like it belongs, sometimes you could get stuck but then it was probably your own fault, WL3 on the other hand is really slow and weird with the way you have to re-enter levels to complete them, really didn't work for me.

I enjoy unlocking new abilities and revisiting areas, if you dont like that kind of gameplay I suggest you stay away from anything before fifth gen in general.

It's not bad, but I didn't feel compelled to go for 100%. You can beat this game with like 60 percent of the treasures and several levels still locked.

I'm more surprised at how many people shittalk VB. The biggest complaint I hear is the amount of levels but it feels so odd when the levels are absolutely massive

Still love VB WL, it has shot up to one of my favorites recently. WL3 is my favorite, WL4 my second favorite, but I think VB WL might be my third favorite
