I think of it as being the best most 'mega drive' game. Like it's not the absolute best game on the system but it's the strongest combo of quality + being extremely mega drive.

This game's designed like you only own 3 games and have to replay them over and over again.
If you download a rom, play through it once and use save states to save your place then you'll be like, "it's okay I guess."

There's a lot of replayability due to the splitting paths and powerups. Finally beating it in one sitting feels amazing.

having clycone in certain levels feels so damn good. It's like the P-wing of kid chameleon. They were smart to put walls and other barriers in the way so you can't just keep this helmet forever. It kept the game interesting that you have to berserker, red stealth or knight your way through blocks to get somewhere.
