Is he one of the worst bosses in Capcom's 16 bit beat em ups? I swear it's impossible to defeat him with Psylocke and Wolverine.

I don't have proof but when it came down to the X-Men I had left it was just Wolverine and I cheesed it. Just hug the wall and do the jump slice thing towards the center iirc. Easily one of the best X-Men games during the era, X-Men took the 16-bit to 32-bit era by storm.
