The ps1 Spawn game was something I still remember to this day.
It's a buff arm and it says something along the lines of "This is the best weapon you have to fight so and so" but it has a flap that when you lifted it up showed that it was a severed arm and it said something like "specially when it belongs to the other guy".
Gruesome and memorable, I remember it getting shitty reviews though but apparently you could rip off limbs off the bad guys and beat them with it, I tried looking up the image but could not find it.
