What are some SNES games with God tier music that are not RPGs?

My personal picks would be Super Castlevania IV, ActRaiser, pretty much everything Follin worked on, and as an outsider pick I'd go with The Addams Family and Pugsley's Scavenger Hunt. Jonathan Dunn is pretty damn good, and nobody really seems to give him any credit. Probably because he worked on a lot of licensed games with Ocean, and most of them aren't fondly remembered (although The Addams Family was a really fun platformer).

-Super Turrican 1 & 2.

-Hagane
- Samurai Shodown (yep it supports Dolby)
- Tetris Attack. (Believe it or not)
- Street fighter 2 Turbo (by far the best audio of the three Snes versions)

Dat's NES, sillyhead. However, it's SNES sequel, Equinox, had some amazing tunes. Very moody, very Amiga-esque.

Awesome rendition of Bloody Tears, the main theme of Castlevania II. Sets my autismeter off that it's not in the original key, but still awesome.

Really awesome little jazz tune.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7z0bIidrXm0
Probably the best song in the game. Starts out dark and atmospheric, then gets really, really good. The flute solo and 1:02 really, really get me.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tKYisJg89Ag
Can't forget the awesome main theme. Plays during the first level and again for the final battle.

That's...not at all what Jackson's problem with Sonic 3 was. He never touched the sound chip; that was all on Jun Senoue, Tatsuyuki Maeda , etc.'s end. What he was forced to do was limit himself to about 5 channels of FM, 3 channels of PSG, one channel of PCM samples, and one channel of PSG noise. A three note chord takes up three whole channels and you really have to limit yourself to what you can actually do on the synthesizer. That's what Michael had trouble with. He was probably off the project before they ever got to converting the music to the chips themselves.

Uncharted Waters: New Horizons. It's what happens when the game's composed by Yoko Kanno.

The OST isn't 'epic' by any means, but it fits the game perfectly and it grows on you the more you play the game.
