Totally depends OP.
All the sonic games had excellent music. even sonic spinball had some good tunes. Dr Robotniks mean bean machine (puyo puyo) had good music too. but baring those....

I loved the intro music to Urban Strike.
B.O.B. had some interesting music but some people hated it.
the ecco games had some pretty cool music
Vectorman had Excelent music. Vectorman 2, not so much.
SOR goes without saying
Rock and roll racing is cheating.

If we move from genesis to SNES i instantly scream about chronotrigger.

But all those are complete soundtracks... First thing that comes to mind for me is a playlist of music i put together in audio-overload.

I'm gonna be strange.
The music that plays for the first level of Gain Ground on the genesis. It's a very long track relatively speaking, especially for what it is. Not the best, but totally the first thing to stand out for some reason. makes me think of like an old anime intro.
