I've always thought that Japanese cover arts are the best, and American ones the worst.

Japanese covers seem to be more artsy, even abstract sometimes, while covers made for the American market are sometimes short of being some actual screenshot of the game.
I guess in the USA they want to see what they are buying right on the cover.

Covers in Europe were something in between.

Wasn't there on Wikipedia an image of all the covers on a game's page? Anyway, those retards must have changed it.

For some reason Upper Deck ran a series of stickers for Digimon that includes this artwork.
It's also labeled "Digimon World" on the back of the stickers too. I opened a whole box of the Upper Deck Digimon stickers and only got 3/4 Digimon World stickers

I like the english box for The Lost Age considering its made in the same style as the first game (both english and jp are essentially identical) but I find the JP TLA box very bold
