be honest, you cheated.

I haven't yet. Playing with a mouse makes it quite fine actually (it does support the official PSX Mouse).

I tried playing it for a little while. The controls are pretty rough.

nevermind, i was confusing this with alien trilogy

>> No.10504720

I might have played this had it come out at the same time as the movie, but by the time I saw it in magazines I was like "pass..."

I really like Alien Trilogy, is this game similar? Same great atmosphere and soundtrack?

Duckstation has native mouse support, for all games, not just the ones that support PSX mouse.

honestly it's pretty bad
should have stayed a third person shooter

There's also a PC version for DOS. It requires DOSbox, and I never managed to make it work right. Ran too fast even when I put the clock to the minimum value. Better just emulate the PS1 version.

It's far more methodical. Tough as nails and will actually make you jump at times. The save system really elevates the tension and horror without feeling unfair.
Just keep your eye on that motion tracker.

The third person shooter prototype looked like hot garbage.
