I'm actually interested in this; I assume you mean 3D games specifically. I'd award extra points for
1) pre 2000s/6th gen games
2) portrayed with the actual game engine rather than prerendered cgi

It is cheating since it’s just texture change and not fully modeled 3D but of course it looks absolutely phenomenal. MegaMan Legends had the perfect artstyle to make use of the PS1 hardware that it transcends the limitations of the console. These will still look amazing 20 years from now.
