Let's talk about your favorite emulator controllers.

single redeeming point: I want to make that controller a Saturn controller.

I've got GC, PS2, Dreamcast, Saturn, and N64 on hand. Anybody have any experience with USB converters on Macs, or any good USB controllers that they like for multi-platform emulation.
