Same here. I can sort of see why people like it but I couldn't even make it past the first boss. Virtua Racing Deluxe, After Burner, Shadow Squadron, and Darxide are also good if OP is in the mood for more 32X games.

If this was in 1993, I would say not bad. But the fact it was aiming '95 or 6 makes it a little sad.

As someone who likes these games:

32X version has got a fun presentation and is perfectly enjoyable, but Red never really did make a "high quality" platformer. Most people dont know you can double tap to run which changes things up. Its kinda just an experience of going through a weird barrage of set pieces and weird shit until you get to a boss. The bosses are by far the worst parts of the game, even when you remember you can run. Still its got a fun style to the overall package that makes you want to keep giving it another go.

Super Tempo on Saturn is an improvement, but also reminds me of Earthworm Jim made by japs. Instead of just a normal sidescroller, there will be sections where the objective or gameplay completely changes from what you were doing before. Its another game built around unique events just all tieing together, though the haphazard feel of the last stage feels like it was just thrown together on a deadline.

Game Gear Tempo is trash and lacks the charm of the other two.
