Any licensed games you got hooked on back in the day, even though you had no familiarity with the source material?

SRW series are an obvious choice. I almost got into mecha then, but thenI remembered I was over 18yo.
Also, fighting games. Gundam Wing Endless Duel, JJBA (CPS-3).
but most of all, Jump Ultimate Stars. Fuckload of content, learned a ton of Jump mangas from Slam Dunk to BoBoBoBo BoBoBo and Kochi Kame. back then I concluded that JJBA and Stardust Crusade must be about wild west

The Jap version has more characters, modes and a save function. I think it was 24 mechs with 3 of them having an alternate pilot with different attacks. There's a shop where you can unlock the American version for 10,000 credits or something.
I liked Medabots AX and Shaman King: Master of Spirits 1 & 2 despite never watching the shows.
