Recently replayed Dark Forces and Jedi Knight, now I'm onto the expansion Mysteries of the Sith. It sure beats watching all the abysmal Star Wars shows Disney+ keeps shitting out.

I'm playing Super Mario Bros (1985/NES) as I'm not too good at it and want to get better, only beat it with warps and the continue code before... and did it again today, but I'm improving, it's just 8-2 and 8-3 that really mess me up even on a run with warps, those hammer bros. especially, can't stand them. Anyways, I keep going, because I want to improve and because it's still fun even in defeat, truly a classic I'm glad to have grown up with, even if I never got too far back then.

P.S. Peach is sexy! SEXY!

I know, but my main way of getting past them without dying is to get by as fast as possible, if I stop to get the mushroom/flower I'll just get killed by either them or one of their hammers.

Panzer Dragoon Saga, just got to disc 3 last night. Will probably take me another week or 2 to finish.

Never played many Saturn games, but as this game frequently gets high praise here I decided to give it a go.
Game has been really great so far, and I agree that if it was on PSX or N64 it would be a 'must play' for those systems.

FInished it already on original PS hardware when it was first released. Wanted to play through it again on an emulator via my Steam Deck. Just rescued Red XIII and Aerith from the Shinra building.

I started Wario Land 3 mostly for lulz, but got sucked in. I'm revisiting it after having beaten it long time ago. Currently at around 80% completion.
I must say it's awesome, BUT in the late game, the difficulty of some collectibles reaches "fuck you" levels. Vanishing platforms, breaking random blocks that look like a regular wall, hidden passages that aren't marked in any way… It seriously feels like some kaizo hack sometimes.
pic related. you see a coin there? no? in fact, you won't even get it normally, you must bounce off of the enemy ti reach it. took me long enough to wander around the whole level to find the last 2 coins. this game can be very evil sometimes.

I just started the PS1 version of Popolocrois Monogatari and I kind of immediately loved it but I haven't gotten very far. I just beat For Whom The Frog Bell Tolls for GB and Doremi Fantasy for SNES too so I am loving the fairy tale like feeling and cute aesthetics these games have. Armored Core 1. After beating VI I wanted to go back and play some of the series before doing NG+ and ++. At 61%, dreading 9-ball, but excited to get to Master of Arena.
