River City Ransom is not a difficult game. Particularly if you get one of the rapid fire attacks (Stone Hands, Dragon Feet, and ESPECIALLY Grand Slam) which allow you to stunlock most bosses in the game until they die.

However, a few of the bosses can present problems due to their stamina, wake up attacks, and ability to block attacks. The Dragon Twins are the hardest bosses in the game for this reason (well, that and the fact that there are two of them). After they go down, you go to face the final boss, Slick, who is nowhere near as strong, and he's the only one attacking you.
