Awesome game.

I like how plot is mixed from various stories and characters into one dynamic narrative, that's something Tezuka himself would do.

I especially like that Nuka does survive unlike in 1980s version and everybody get their happy ending

This game comes up all the time in lists of best GBA games but I still feel like it's underrated.
The combat isn't anything special but I was shocked by how invested I got in the story by the end.
Even after hearing all the hype I thought it was going to be some above average licensed game, but it's an amazing love letter to Tezuka and a damn fine game in general.
