It was some cart you could get from a limited time NP competition. It makes Starfox a 5-minute "caravan" style game with two slightly modded levels. Apparently it's pretty rare, but isn't actually worth anything as a game as the contest it was for is long since past and there's nothing at all interesting about the gameplay.
