This some contrarian shit? Cotton 100% is the weakest Cotton game by far. The original arcade game, the PCE-CD port, are way better as are the two Saturn games.

It's a weird mix of brawler and dodge ball. You have you grab a yellow ball to hit enemies with hit. When the ball charges you hit them with a special. There are circle pads in the arena which serve the purpose of traveling really fast (you barely walk in this game). It's weird as fuck but not bad at all.

It's incredibly mediocre, you'll basically experience everything the game has to offer in 5 minutes. Marina is an early unlock so if you're that much of a coomer slave you'll get her fast.

I just played Forget Me Not Palette.
It's a short adventure game about trying to cure the amnesia of an abused girl.
Really enjoyed it. Every time you unlock a new memory it feels like an incredible revelation.
The ending did seem a little weaker than the first two thirds, but even then it wasn't bad.
Definitely check this one out if you know Japanese. It's only about three hours long and it's really unique. I've heard the PC version is translated but I'm pretty sure that version doesn't have the really good voice acting, cutscenes, music etc.

Probably my favorite still-untranslated PS1 game. If you like atmospheric games it's a must-play, even if it's a bit flawed in other areas.

For people who like myst style games (first person screen-by-screen adventure game) you should check this out. Either has a fan-translation or used enough English for you to intuit what’s going on and has some good ambiance with the graphics and sound.

How in the living fuck /vr/ doesn't know Squeenix owns the IP? Enix even got pissed off at Treasure for reusing Marina royalty free to where they got nearly sued, so they had to work with them and do limited releases in compensation.
They went and worked on more Tiny Toon games right afterwards.

It is hard to pick a single favorite. Panzer Bandit is like a cool Guardian Heroes. Gunner's Heaven feels a lot like Gunstar Heroes. I wish we had the multi-tap for Rakugaki Showtime to have 4-player fun, but we had to settle for 2 players. Give Umihara Kawase Shun a chance to grow on you, it's surprisingly great.
