This got released on a fuckton of different consoles, so I'm curious: which version is best? Or are they all so similar that it doesn't make a difference.

According to the almighty wikipedia, there are like 4/5 different "versions" (different content).

PC, Dreamcast and N64 are one version with unique stages.

PS2 and GameCube is a different version with unique stages.

PS1 version is adapted from the PC/DC/64 version, but with altered levels and new levels.

GameBoy Color version is a 2D platformer that later got a remake on GBA. No idea if the GBA version is drastically different.

I grew up playing it on pc. Got my hands on the ps2 version, and it felt speeded up , lacking content, and harder to beat with the controller
