Any RPG, there weren't much but there were a couple Japan-only ones, and in the west we got Quest 64 which was unfinished and is somehow considered a meme game nowadays because it didn't live up to the hype but is actually not bad (just unfinished, the soul is there however).
Probably the most successful N64 RPG was Shiren 2, japan-only.

Agreed 100%, it seems like a positive feedback loop would develop where a console was known for certain games, which would draw those individuals, leading to a reinforcing of that consoles “identity.” Now they’re all multiplat GAASlop boxes with next to nothing to set them apart. Switch is the least bad of the three but still has its slop. It’s the only current gen console I kept, got rid of the others.

In terms of longevity? Ocarina of Time probably. But PS1 had the RPG market completely cornered. N64 is where Nintendo kind of lost it. There is nothing for the N64 that has the depth or feel of PS1 Squaresoft games.
