Also mine is absolutely these fucks from Murasame Castle. They block so many of your shots with the spear that expecting to kill them with projectiles before they corner you is a fantasy in most rooms. Getting them with the sword however is also hell because you have to be fast enough to sneak next to them during the second they aren't attacking, have to meanwhile avoid their spear sticking out, and then hope Takamaru identifies you are next to the enemy and uses the sword at all
