You might like AH-3 Thunderstrike OP. Plays pretty different from these but it's a fully 3D helicopter game on SEGA CD by the makers of Tomb Raider.

Is it good? Other than STRIKE series, I played Firestorm Thunderhawk 2, Black Dawn, and Gunship

Makes me wonder why we don't have games like DS anymore (not some mobile-tier, I'm talking here about proper stuff). Sure, they are simple but modern tech would make them a true eye candy, and if you add stuff like truly destructible environment such a game would sure find its audience.

I mean fighter prop/jet plane games still popular until now. Why can't helicopter games too?

From the devs who knew too much. They would never allow another game because that would spill too much beans again.

They didn't even re-release Urban Strike with that EA Classics collection for PSP.

I noticed that most of the game used Apache and Comanche as the main ride. Rarely seen the likes of EV886 Tiger.

Keep an eye on Megacopter: Blades of the Goddess, which might just scratch your itch. If it ever comes out, that is.

This takes a bunch of stuff from the strike series. Its a little screwy control wise since it has full 3d movement pre dual analogue and the game will devolve into abusing homing missiles at max range if you have no self control.

holy shit i vaguely remember this game. I think I must have pawned it at GameStop because I definitely don't have it now.
