It's not a very fun game, but it sure is gorgeous. I remember playing it on a friend's Atari ST and was awed by the visuals, coming from 8 bit consoles and Amstrad CPC.

Medieval 1 is probably my favorite TW game too but Rome 1 still brought a lot of new nice things to the series. Too bad everything after Rome 1 was about treading water.
