Rockman and Forte is tough but has a relaxing OST. If you like Super Famicom in general there's also Super Nazo Puyo, Mickey's Magical Quest 3, Panel de Pon, Super Gussun Oyoyo, and I guess Magical Pop'n. Some of these have English translations if necessary

I guess I may as well mention MWIV since it's technically 16-bit as well. I guess I don't play a whole lot of the harder Super Famicom games. You might like the Parodius series, those games and Umihara Kawase were kind of my introduction to the Japanese side of SNES.
