That would be the Hori Fighting Commander for Xbox One.
That's why used examples of the controller go for over $80.

Fortunately the almost-identical PS4 and Switch versions are cheaper.

I've used mine so much the d-pad has gone smooth and the lettering is wearing off on the buttons.
I swore the d-pad was a little smaller than a SNES d-pad but I held the two controllers up to each other and they are almost exactly the same size. The Hori d-pad is at most a millimeter smaller.
After many hours of usage the buttons become slightly more mushy on these but the functionality remains 100%.
I've beaten some very difficult action games recently with mine even after the change in feel.

1. Official windows driver support probably means less chance of glitches and incompatibility issues. It's a bit of reassurance for the buyer.
2. The big Xbox guide button is nicer to press than the small mushy home button on the PS4 and Switch versions.
3. White is more /fa/

In reality the x-input mode is probably identical on all three versions.

On paper I suppose, but who knows in practice. Hori previously released the Fighting Commander 3 Pro/4 and then went back to the lower priced Fighting Commander 3 style though.

I have 2 controllers:
A DS4 for general use, in particular racing games.
And a Saturn usb pad. Its so superior for non-analog games that I organize my emulated games according to pad.

The Sega Saturn and Sega megadrive 6 button pads are the greatest
