Try Space Channel 5, Um Jammer Lammy, and Bust-A-Move 3000. Sonic CD has a psychadelic Special Stage but it takes a while to unlock it, and Yoshi's Island has the infamous Fuzzy enemy, but that's about all I can think of at the moment. There's probably way more, just not really my favorite genre.

One of the rare cases I'd recommend the PAL versions because Leslie Phillips does the voice and it fits the Bond vibe so much better. You can of course use NTSC video timings on PAL games using modern emulators anyway.
