Fount picrel (Dell Optiplex gx620) in a storage shed. Is it possible to convert it into a dos machine that outputs proper low resolution to a crt monitor?

My Win9X is a Core Duo/Geforce Ti4200 powered rig, works great for me. A few DOS games run to fast but nothing a little tweaking can't fix

Should be doable so long as you can find Win9x drivers for all the hardware. Some games may throw a fit over this or that, but that comes with the territory - even in the Pentium days some DOS games already required tweaking to work properly.

If you don't care about sound or floppy disks, almost anything works.
If you want actual DOS, and not DOS over the top of windows, then you will have trouble with a machine that lacks ISA ports to support an ISA sound card. There are a hand full of PCI sound cards with DOS drivers, but they are a pain in the ass.
