Somehow I forgot Snatcher and the Lunar games, whoops. If you're a fan of the North American soundtrack, Spencer Nilsen also did the music for Batman Returns on SEGA CD. It's 2hard4me but you might enjoy it. You might also like Pulseman I guess

You could try Ohshima's later game Pinobee, it's on PS1 but doesn't quite have the same feel. Maybe Mega Man 8 if you like the anime cutscenes and aesthetic. Pretty sure there was another but I'm drawing blanks right now

Try the Air Zonk games, The Dynastic Hero, or Shubibinman on TurboGrafx. Turbo CD in general has tons like this

Not retro but Final Fantasy XIII-2

>> No.9542829

Mega Man 8
Mega Man X3 PSX
Jazz Jackrabbit 2
Saturn Bomberman
Super Tempo
Zoku Gussun Oyoyo

I think this is a really personal feeling, but these are some that come to mind.

This. There's plenty of weird, energetic games with awesome, underrated OSTs on the PC Engine.
