That's just Jurassic Park and sequels, that's the only Crichton shit that ever got adapted. Nobody's going to make a game about fucking Congo, you ugly cunt.

There actually IS a Congo game, on the Sega Saturn.

No way this post isn't bait.
Chrichtoncore is an stablished gente/tag here in /vr/ already.
Congo is one of the most underrated FPS games ever, so much originality with its map tracking system and the jungle setting.

No. It's just established by one or a handful of very loud retards that frequently come back and re-re-repost the same goddamn thing again and again.
Like yourself.

Jurassic Park III: Island Attack is pretty impressive for a GBA game. The credits say it was directed by Hiroshi Matsumoto, one of the planners for the original Street Fighter and the director of Art of Fighting 1.

not only that, the fucking guy wrote and programmed a game based on Congo in 1985, only he forgot he sold all the rights to that book to Paramount so it became Amazon

There’s also a prototype SNES version that was 90% done and runs really well. But it suffers from the usual licensed video game design tropes. A lot of: make it to the exit while we throw random shit at you and collect these hovering crystals along the way.

Still cool to see an unreleased game that just needed bug testing and knowing that a box office bomb killed it.

loved this as a kid, got it waaay after it came out from the bargain bin, I think in sam's club.
Was hooked from beginning to end. it's probably easy if I play it now, but it was my first game from this genre, and a nice ice breaker. Loved the art direction and music, too.

Was looking for this thread and it wasn't coming up with search. Found it and realized dumbass ESL OP didn’t spell Crichton right.

>> No.9539943

It's not the first time, either. Still, doesn't mean OP is ESL. In fact I'd bet he's American.

Chaos Continues on GB is one of the best JP platformers.

Incredibly good spritework, gameplay is fun, simple and to the point. Definitely recommend it.

Does anyone know if JP on Sega CD is any good? I poked around with it a couple nights ago and got pissed off that the stun pistol doesn't do jack shit. I'm wondering if there's any good payoff if I keep going.

For me, it's NES JP

It's a western point-and-click adventure game, for better or worse. The main focus is puzzle solving, even during the "action" segments. It's a bit short, but about as fun as a console point-and-click with no mouse support can be. The FMV segments are neat if you like dinosaur facts, but they mostly exist to showcase the Sega CD's FMV capabilities.
