anyway, to answer your question, I'd either pick SNES or Genesis with a bunch of RPGs. because I haven't played most of them and they are good to waste time. So either Chrono Trigger + FFV + DQ3 + Secret of Mana + some SaGa game; or for Genesis, Shining Force games + PSIV + Sonic 3 (havent beaten it and forgot).

Electricity and fuel is finite, batteries eventually wane. I wouldn't take a game console, and the handhelds I would take are >not retro. So saying, I'd take a Nintendo DS lite, a filled GBA Everdrive and a filled R4iSDHC. Power efficient and compact in the limited space in my bunker. That, or my PS Vita. Either way, I'd have plenty of books to read and many wind-up flashlights.
