I think this guy is top 5 at least.
What makes him relentless is not how strong he hits or how he can recharge life (though that also makes him a son of a bitch, too), but the enraging speed at which he will change his strikes, and his low attack has a massive hitbox, but if you try to always use down defence he will promptly throw a high attack and you're done, his combos can take up half a bar. The thing to do is try to play footsies and quickly block down as soon as you see him telegraphing the attack, but that's the thing, his strike is too quick and makes you feel dumb for not being quick as a cpu to react.
Still a good fight and I've beaten his ass in one try multiple times, but he's still a pita

Jinpachi in Tekken 5 can launch fireballs at you, and unless I missed something you just lose the round if he opens the fight with triple fireball. You can sidestep one and then the other two smoke you for your entire bar.

fatal fury 1 is the easiest snk fighting game for sure

geese is kinda cheap but you can kill him in 3 moves like every boss. all the characters have patterns
